    I have repeatedly tried to access my order history by entering my e-mail address, but no e-mail will come from you as you state.

    What went wrong?

    You may find it is useful to create a "Request" for assistance using the "Submit a request" feature of the Community pages.

    I would suggest the "Type" of request would be "Purchasing" related.

    I cannot see the billing from here. it tells me to put my e-mail and instructions will be sent it says but nothing is coming. 

    When I click on order history its just Blank with e-mail box.

    I want to get capture one 20 from my old Mac to my new Mac, but I can't find the installer for my old purchase!? I have removed one of my two activations so I can get the program on the new one...

    Same here when I try to access my order history, I need to put my e-mail but I don't get any email from Capture One. Really frustrating because I need my invoice urgently. Bought Capture one more than a week ago and still I haven't received an invoice. What's going on?
