A Capture One subscription is automatically set to renew after the initial contract period (1, 3, or 12 months). To cancel the subscription after the initial contract period, you must disable the auto-renew function.
There are two subscription types: old subscriptions ordered before Capture One 12 was out, and the new subscriptions that are managed from Fastspring.

Step 1. Go to Capture One website https://www.captureone.com
Step 2. Click on My Account.
Step 3. Log into your Capture One account
Step 4. Click on Software License to get to the License Management page
Step 5. Choose the subscription you wish to cancel after the full contract period
Step 6. Choose Don’t auto-renew in order to disable this function

Step 2. Fill the form fields, and write a similar request to that provided below in the Description.
I have ordered an annual subscription on [your date], invoice #PHAXXXX-XXXX-XXXX [your invoice]. I do not wish to renew it, so please set the expiry date to the last day of my yearly contract.
Step 3. Submit the form.
Step 1. Go to Fastspring license management page https://phaseone.onfastspring.com/account
Step 2. Enter the email address you have used for ordering your subscription.
Step 3. Choose Subscriptions.
Step 4. Choose Cancel under the blue Manage button
Customer Support can extend your license and un-cancel it only if your subscription has not expired yet. Thus, please make sure to contact Customer Support before the expiration date by writing a request similar to that provided below.
