    Hi Omar,

    Thank you for the comment.

The latest dot release for Capture One 12, that would be Capture One 12.1.5, supports a wider range of cameras than Capture One 12.0.0, for instance, or any previous dot releases for this version, but using Fujifilm X-T4 with it would still not be possible.

The support for Fujifilm X-T4 was added in Capture One 20 (13.0.3), so Capture One 20 (13.0.3) and any newer dot release could be an option.

Hi, I have just bought a Fuji x100V and downloaded your dedicated application. Now I realise I cannot process pictures taken with other cameras I had in the past ex. Leicas . What shall I do? I find slightly limiting and application dedicated exclusively to one brand.

    Thanks for you suggestions

    best

    Alex

    Hi.

i just bought the Sony ZV-1 and cannot open the arw file.

    Did you habe a Patch?

    Hi FirstName LastName,

Capture One for Fujifilm works only with the supported Fujifilm cameras and RAW files from those.

If you have different camera models, then Capture One Pro would be the best option to consider.

    Hi John,

    Thank you for the comment.

I will forward your camera request to the Product Management team.

Whilst we cannot comment on future releases, we take all suggestions on board and hopefully your feedback contributes towards a future version of Capture One.

Hi, what would be the newest version of Capture One that connects with Canon 5D Mark IV?

    Thanks!

    Hi Laura,

    Thank you for the comment.

The earliest version that supports Canon 5D Mark IV camera is Capture One 9.3.0.

Also, this camera model is supported in all subsequent versions of Capture One up to the present.

Hi, and thank you Lily. Good to know that I can safely upgrade my Capture One to newest 13.1.1 version and it will connect nicely with my Canon 5D Mark IV.

    All the Best,

    Laura

    Hi all,

Is there any sign whether Panasonic Lumix point and shoot cameras will be supported? I use the ZS-40 frequently as a part of my workflow to scout locations and record B-roll, so I always have it on me, but I've found that Capture One doesn't support the RW2 files specific to that camera. This is sorely missed from other cataloging software, so, any chance this support might be added? In the mean time, is there a suggested way I can still catalog these images, preferably still with the importer? Maybe using Adobe's DNG converter? Thanks, and I hope things are continuing to go well for Capture One!

I have a question I cannot seem to find an answer to. I have a capture one for phase one (perpetual) and haven't used my canon 5D mark iv for sometime, or at least not since the upgrade to 20. Now I find I cannot edit CR2 files from the canon. What am I doing wrong? any info at all is much appreciated..

    Hi Ies,

    Thank you for the comment.

Please note that Canon 5D Mark IV and its raw files are supported in Capture One Pro product variant.

Also, as the owner of Capture One for Phase One license, please submit your request to Phase One support team here - https://www.phaseone.com/en/Profile/Login?CT=SUPPORT&rurl=%2fen%2fSupportMain%2fcontact-technical-support&burl=https%3a%2f%2fwww.phaseone.com%2fen%2fSupportMain&al=1 and they will get back to you shortly.

    Thanks,

    Lily

    Hi-

I've got a C1 Pro perpetual license build 13.1.1 and I am trying to connect my Nikon D850 but C1 is not even picking it up. Nothing shows up under camera and it doesn't show that it's trying to find the camera.

I've tried switching out different USB cables as well as switching to different USB ports on my Dell XPS Windows 10 machine. No connection.

Any help you can provide would be appreciated.

    Hi

How come you added support for Sony A7S mark 3 but not the Sony ZV1?

I'm pretty sure ZV1 came out before the A7S Mark 3

Is there any possible you can add the ZV1 support?

I'm running Capture One 20 (13.1.2) and its a shame that there's no support for Sony ZV1

I am trying to open .cr2 file from Canon 70D. I looked on the list and it says that my version Capture 20 version is compatible but when I import the file it can not be edited. How do I have to convert it so that it can be used?

What symbol do you see that tells you the file cannot be edited?

    Hi,

Please, download the latest version of Capture One 20 (13.1.3) from your account.

Then, check this article How to update Capture One if you have previous versions of Capture One installed.

Launch Capture One 20 (13.1.3) and try to import your files from Nikon Z5.

Starting from Capture One 20 (13.1.3), Nikon Z5 is supported in Capture One for Nikon that you have.

    Hei,

Is the Samsung Raw (SRW) format supported or not?

I'm using the Capture One 20 (13.1.3) trial and it tells me there are no images in the folders containing the SRW files.

    Hi Benjamin,

    Thank you for the comment.

We also have several requests on this camera model Sony a7C to be supported in Capture One. I will also add your comment to the corresponding monitored thread dedicated to the camera support requests.

As the future updates can't be revealed, I could only recommend you to follow the release notes to get the latest news on features, improvements, camera support added, and bug fixes.
