What about the Zeiss Touit lens support for the Fuji X-System? I find these three lenses only for the Sony system supported...

    Hi Lily,

I'm looking for the Canon PowerShot G1X Mark III but apparently there is only the Mark II. Is it planned in an update?

    Best,

    Franck

Bonjour, pourquoi ne puis-je pas trouver les corrections pour mon objectif préféré,

Fujinon 100-400mm, dans les presets de capture one 20pro?

D'avance merci et bonne journée à toute l'équipe de ce formidable programme.

I would love to see the Sigma 14-24mm f2.8 ART added, preferably for the Nikon F mount.  Thank you.

    Hi William,

    Thank you for the comment.

Nikon Z lens profile appears as a Manufacturer Profile.

In case a profile is not available, please refer to the article on Working with an Unlisted Lens Profile .

    Hi Lily
    I'm using C1 Express Fujifilm. I've bought a new Fujifilm lens - XF 16-80 mm f/4.
What about supporting this lens in C1 Express Fujifilm?

    Hi Marek,

    Thank you for the comment.

This lens profile FUJINON XF 16-80mm f/4 is not supported in Capture One product variant yet.

Thus, I will send this lens request to the Product Management team.

Same here, I have a Fujinon XF16-80mm F4 R OIS WR and I'm surprised that this lens is still not supported by Capture One yet. This lens came out in 2019. In September 2019 I believe, and to be precise.

I know because of COVID-19, we all have difficulties to work, and everything... but 10 months later, it's still not supported by Capture One? Hmmm ...

    Hi Lily,
any plans on adding support for newer RF lenses in the near future?

I recently got a RF24-240mm F4-6.3 but considering the zoom range, the lens had to have some limits, one of them being heavy distortion which makes image unusable without lens correction software. I know I can adjust it by hand, but it's tedious and I'm not as precise as a piece of software is.

Other lenses that aren't supported (I probably missed some):

    RF 85mm F1.2
    RF 15-35MM F2.8
    RF 24-70MM F2.8
    RF 70-200mm F2.8

How long does it usually take to add support for a (Canon RF) lens once it comes out?

  • Hans-Joachim Guhr

I missed Support for all 4 lenses since more than ¾ of a year. So it will not give a version 21 / 14 for me.

    Hi Dominik,

    Thank you for your comment.

We have several similar requests on Canon RF lens profiles.

I have also taken our request on board to consider those lens profiles support in the future release versions of Capture One.

Meanwhile, we can't comment if or when support will be implemented for those lenses.

    Hi Lily,

thanks for taking the request into consideration.

I hope it won't take nearly this long for future released lenses, I understand if it takes around a month after lens release to have their profiles implemented, that's ok, but several months, almost a year is way too long. We're not even talking about some obscure lens model by some obscure manufacturer, we're talking about a major manufacturer. I love Capture One, I gladly paid for it, but if it continues to take this long to get the RF glass support, I'll start thinking about competitors.

    Dear Lily,

Would be superb if you added Canon EF-S 60mm Macro + Canon EF 100mm Macro L.

These are two very popular lenses and many people would like that.

    Thanks,

    Roman

Are you planning to add this lens in the near future?

1.4x Teleconverter (SEL14TC) . I guess it can help more users.

„working with an unlisted lens profile“   this procedure is not fun with a 15mm wide-angle lens. Vignetting and loss of sharpness at the edge. Prof. Lens RF 15-35 2.8

    Hi Lily,

Like others, I'd like request a profile for the Fuji 16-80 f4, but also back comments from other users expressing concerns about the process and timelines for new profiles. The 16-80 was released a year ago, but still doesn't have support in C1. And while it is frustrating to have to wait so long, the position you provided another user, "... we can't comment if or when support will be implemented for those lenses.", makes this frustration even more acute.

I'd strongly recommend C1 consider some sort of a forward roadmap that you can share with customers so they have some forward guidance of what to expect. Depending on a lottery where we don't know if or when a lens will be supported from a major camera manufacturer that associates with you and promotes your product (Fuji in this case) is really not a good advertisement for what is otherwise a fantastic product.

Just my two cents - and look forward to the 16-80 profile being released soon.

Hi Lily - thanks for taking the time to hear out everyone's requests. I have two lenses I'd love to see C1 support:

    • Canon EF 35mm f/2 IS USM
    • Canon EF-S 55-250mm f/4-5.6 IS STM

Thanks for your + the PM team's consideration,

Could you please add profile support for Nikon full frame lens: AF-S NIKKOR 18-35mm f/3.5-4.5G ED. It is my main (only) wide angle lens below 24mm and it would be great to have it supported in the software.

It's been a very long time without support for Canon EF 800mm and 600mm III.   Now the Canon RF 800mm and 600mm released (along with lots of RF lenses). Sure would be great for Capture One to "catch up"!
