How do I use the voucher code?
1. When in the web store, select the product you want to purchase and click on Add to cart.
2. In the Cart, you will see the Coupon code field right before the Checkout -> click on it.
3. Enter the voucher code you have received in the corresponding field and press Apply. Make sure that the price has been reduced and proceed to the checkout.
Applying a voucher to a subscription
In case of subscriptions, the voucher applies to the first payment only. If you are buying a monthly plan, only the first month will be discounted. With an annual prepaid subscription – the first annual payment accordingly. For the rest of the automatic renewals, the price will be standard.
NOTE: Voucher codes can only be used for new purchases and cannot be applied to subscription renewals.
When switching from one subscription to another
In case you are transitioning your subscription from one product to another: Capture One Pro > All in One, All in One > Capture One Studio, or Capture One Pro > Capture One Studio, you can add your coupon prior to making the switch.
The voucher only applies to the first payment. For the rest of the automatic renewals, the price will be at the standard rate.
How many voucher codes can be applied to the same purchase?
Only one promotional code can be used each time and, therefore, cannot be combined with other offers using promotional codes. The same rule applies to gift cards.
Why doesn't my voucher code work?
There might be a few different reasons indicating why you are not able to redeem a certain voucher code:
-
Time to redeem/activate the voucher has expired.
-
The voucher has already been used.
- The voucher code is not applicable to the product that you are trying to purchase.
Can I use the voucher code after its expiration?
The promotional code is valid for a limited period of time. If you have not managed to use the code within the campaign timeframe, you are not eligible for a discount provided by that promotional code.
Can I still get the discount if I purchased the promotional product only a few days before the discount campaign started?
Discount codes are not applicable to the purchases made any time prior to the first day of the discount campaign.

WT - 50% discount promised and no code provided???
PLEASE CANCEL MY ORDER UNLESS PROVIDED DISCOUNT TODAY
PLEASE PROVIDE CONTACT TELEPHONE NUMBER FOR REFUND
The May 2021 40% discount only applies to: "*Offer code applies to all Capture One products, excluding Styles. Applies to first subscription payment only." First, this clarification is all the way at the bottom of the email in small print and second it is very ambiguous. Is it all Capture One products or only first subscriptions? 40% sounds good only if you know what you are buying.
Hi Rita,
Thank you for the comment.
I have forwarded your request to the Support Team. They will get back to you soon.
Please clarify: the The May 2021 40%code only apply to subscriptions or upgrades to a perpetual licenses?
The "SAVE50JUNE" promotional code does not work for upgrade version.
Although the condition is "Offer code applies to all Capture One products, excluding Styles. Applies to first subscription payment only".
So the normal reduced normal price is less than the upgrade price?
Roland,
It sounds like that is a promotion for the Subscription versions of the various C1 products (Pro, for Sony, Fuji and Nikon plus, perhaps, Enterprise?
And of course there is no concept of "upgrade" with a subscription. To change the C1 product one simply cancels the existing subscription and starts a new one.
SFA,
this promotion code is not only for subscriptions. As mentioned it can be used for buy a perpetual license with 50% off, but it does not work with an upgrade license. And so buying an additional CaptureOne21 license is less than upgrading my existing license.
Roland,
I have not seen a 50% offer.
The last emails I received specifically targeted upgrades (therefore perpetual licenses or at least perpetual licensees) and were less than 50%.
A Google search produced one link to a 50% offer running in June but the link just took me to some sort of tree planting "fight climate change" "club" sign up spam advert. Looked like an expensively created junk mail link designed by over-consumers to catch other over-consumers and offer them ways of feeling good about "offsetting" their carbon excesses.
Are coupons the new socially acceptable source of Spam?
Anyway, I cannot comment on the 50% terms as I have not seen them.
One disappointment is that the non-discounted upgrade price is 2/3rds of the full new perpetual license price. That seems much higher than the differential between Upgrade and New used to be. Presumably, it is a policy applied to encourage conversion to slightly less expensive annual subscriptions and the terms associated with them.
SPRING40 code is not working and I wanted to buy a license.
Hi Alexander,
Thank you for the comment.

Happy to know that promo codes exists! Because I wanted to buy a license but I can't afford it actually..
So I hope that I'll get one
In true Phase fashion there is always a catch and historical users are always screwed over. Like the latest uproar with Adobe, Phase does not have your best interest at heart. Why waste my time and just put in your sales emails the discounts only apply to new customers and not loyal customers. Thanks Phase for confirming my distaste for your corporate greed.
