I am trying to save my custom workspace, but after selecting Window > Workspace > Save Workspace..., it doesn't appear in the list. My custom workspace also disappears and the default is presented. How can I fix this?
This is due to Capture One not having access to write the custom workspace file. Enable Capture One's full access following these steps.
In the menu bar, select > System Preferences to open System Preferences.app. It's also available in your Applications folder.
Choose Security and Privacy, from the top row.
Choose the Privacy tab in the top row, then Accessibility in the left pane. Click the padlock to unlock this pane. You will be prompted to enter your macOS user's password.
Click the tick box next to Capture One. If it's not in the list, click the plus button as shown and choose it from your Applications folder.
If your Capture One app is not in the Applications bundle, please reinstall it to that location. This prevents instability.
Click the padlock at the bottom left once you have finished checking Capture One.
