Is it possible to apply textures using Capture One?
Even though Capture One does not have exactly the same functionality to apply textures as in Photoshop, you can apply styles to an image instead. Styles are the combined settings from multiple tools that can be applied to an image in a single step. Like all other adjustments in Capture One, styles do not alter the source image file.
You can find built-in styles in Capture One by navigating to the main menu and selecting Adjustments -> Styles -> Built-in Styles.
Alternatively, you can purchase cinematic, black and white, seasonal and many other styles at extra cost in our online shop either directly on the website or from inside the application itself. In the latter case, navigate to the Capture One menu and select Shop… (macOS) or Help -> Shop… (Windows).
Styles can be also applied to filled layers and to certain masked areas on a layer. You can also use the Draw Mask (B), Draw Linear Gradient Mask (G), or Draw Radial Gradient Mask (T) function and apply a style to the masked area. If you want to apply different styles to different masked areas, you will have to create a separate layer for each of those.
