    I want to try out the Nikon version, when I download Capture One Express Nikon and install, it says Express Fujifilm when opening the program. Appears some form of error in the 13.1.1 DMG file. Thanks

    Hi, I am new to Capture One.  I've downloaded the Capture One Express Sony version.  I am not able to find the healing / clone tool.  Can you please elaborate as to why not.

    Thank you for the comment.

    Please note that Capture One Express has a limited number of features compared to the full version.

    Thus, the Heal and Clone tools are not available in Capture One Express.

    Hi Philippe,

    If the profile is not on the list, you can always add it manually.

    Here are the articles with the instructions on how you can add ICC profiles to be displayed in Capture One.

    Pity healing/clone isn't included in Express for Sony, that makes it pretty much useless, I still have to go to Photoshop or Lightroom to do something that's central to any workflow these days!

    I'm an old and loyal user of CO (since CO8) and at that time CO for Nikon didn't exist. But now it does,  and my question is : What kind of upgrade should I do ? I have CO 20 and work only with Nikon.

    Thank you for the comment.

    There are several available options for upgrade:

    - upgrading to Capture One Pro 21;

    - getting a monthly subscription for Capture One for Nikon.

    It is not possible to downgrade the perpetual license and switch to Nikon from Pro, so a monthly subscription could be an option in case you would like to use the latest version of the software.

    Which Capture One license key do you have?

    You can install Capture One on another computer but its activation will depend on the number of available activations per your license key.

    I just downloaded CO Express for my Fuji X-S10. Why can't I import photos directly from my camera via USB-C cable? When I plug the camera in nothing happens and I can't find the camera in the "import" locations. I find this strange since I can find my camera in Lightroom and also in the Photos App on my Macbook Pro. So is something wrong? Is there a setting in Capture One that I need to change? Thank you for your help.

    I just downloaded Express for Fuji so I can look at my GFX 100s RAW files.  All I saw was the B&W preset I had used in camera rather than a colour image.  How do I remove that preset look?

    I just noticed that there are specific versions of Capture One depending on the camera used. I am a subscriber. May I switch to the Nikon version? Is it just a plug in?

    Hi,
    I'm using Capture One Express since version 3 I think, now I'm still using version 7, because only Pro version is supported from that time.
    I see thare are free versions Capture One Express for Sony, Fuji, Nikon.

    I would like to ask, when can we receive version for PENTAX cameras?
    I bought upgrades from 3 to 4 5 and 7 version, but I cannot buy upgrade to newer versions, so maybe I can receive free version of Capture One Express for Pentax cameras?
    PRO version is too expensive to me, because I don't earn through photography.

    My session consists of Phase One, DJI, Sony A7RIII + Sony A7SIII raw files.

    The Sony A7SIII files are not showing up in my session, but everything else is.

    How do I show the A7SIII file formats in my session? 

    I am running Capture One 20.

    I bought a license for the Capture One Pro 20, Nikon, from a Swedish trusted company called Cyberphoto.se, in December 2020. I have not installed it until now, but when I punch in the license-key it will not get valid. Can you help me with this, or do I need to contact the store for it?

    My Capture One 21 Nikon, went on to cancel the import operation, claiming the lack of space on the drive for what is intended. My Hs 2TB HAS today free space of almost 700 MB, AND WHEN I TRIED TO IMPORT 8 gigas canceled under the same claim. What should I do?

    I'm using CaptureOne Express for Fuji and I Like it, but for unknown reason, when I launch the soft, it crashed often now. My version is 13.01.19  (5f83bad). I'm working on Mac OS MOjave 10.14.6 and don't want to upgrade to new OS..

    Do you know why?
