QUESTION
I cannot find the old Capture One forum, but I see that a new one has been created though I cannot log in there. Could you please fix that?
ANSWER
The "old forum" https://forum.phaseone.com/En/index.php you used for many years for questions and discussions related to both Capture One software and Phase One hardware is now dedicated to Phase One-related discussions only. All posts related to Capture One have been moved to the Community on Zendesk - https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/community/topics
If you only need to look through the posts and comments, you can browse those without logging in.
In case you want to make a post or a comment in the Community, you will have to log in.
- Navigate to the top-right corner of the main page and press Sign In.
- You can also log in right from the Community page when you press New Post there or inside any topic.
Then you will be redirected to the Capture One website. You will have to enter login and password you use to access your account on the Capture One website.
Now you are logged in and can make new posts or comments in the Community. Also, you can edit your profile and track your activities.
NOTE: In case you still have not managed to log into the forum, please switch to another browser (Google Chrome, Safari) and repeat the same procedure there.

The 'Sign in' option does not show on the top right hand side of the main screen.
I had to try and reply to see a link to sign in.
Using FireFox the login no longer works for the support page. It does work for www.captureone.com, but not for support.captureone.com. Using Safari both pages work. I guess there is some cross-site protection preventing the login. Anyway, very annoying.
I had to use Chrome to log into the support / community site.
While using Firefox, I clicked on "sign in" in the upper right. The main community/support page loaded, but no login link.
You only support Chrome???
Support Firefox. I'm not impressed.
