I cannot find the old Capture One forum, but I see that a new one has been created though I cannot log in there. Could you please fix that?
The "old forum" https://forum.phaseone.com/En/index.php you used for many years for questions and discussions related to both Capture One software and Phase One hardware is now dedicated to Phase One-related discussions only. All posts related to Capture One have been moved to the Community on Zendesk - https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/community/topics
When using the "old forum", you could use the same credentials as for Phase One/Capture One account to access it.
To access a new forum, you have to create an account on Zendesk. Follow the steps below to do so.
Step 1. Proceed to the Capture One Community (new forum) on Zendesk
Step 2. If you only need to look through the posts and comments, you can browse those without logging in.
Step 3. In case you want to make a post or a comment in the Community, you will have to log in.
- Press New Post on the main page or inside any topic if you aim to create a new post.
- You will also see the option to sign in at the bottom of the comment section of any of the posts in the Community.
NOTE: The credentials you use to access your Phase One/Capture One account will not work in here. You will have to create a Capture One account on Zendesk (if you have not one yet already) to access Community (new forum).
You will get the following pop-up window.
If you already have a Capture One account on Zendesk, just enter your credentials. Otherwise, proceed with the steps below.
Step 4. If you have previously submitted a ticket to Capture One Support through Zendesk, choose an option Get a password (see the screenshot above). Enter the e-mail address you used before when submitting a request. Afterwards, you will get an e-mail with the link to set your password for Capture One account on Zendesk (check the Spam folder as well).
If you are new to Capture One and have not submitted any requests to Capture One Support yet, select the Sign up option (see screenshot in Step 3) to create a new account on Zendesk. After filling in the required fields, press Sign Up. You will get an e-mail to set your password for Capture One account on Zendesk (check Spam folder as well).
Step 5. After setting up the profile and password, you will be on the Help Centre page from where you can proceed to the Community, browse the posts, and make new posts and comments.
