IMPORTANT: This article is for those who have started their subscription plans before November 29, 2018.
As you might have already noticed, the subscription management is now performed via the FastSpring platform which was already available for those who purchased subscriptions after November 29, 2018.
We strongly recommend to login into Fastspring and check the payment date and the end date. If recurrent payment day of month or renewal (expiry) date is incorrect, please, contact customer support to rectify it.
To update your payment information, go to your FastSpring account and enter the e-mail you used when purchasing the license before. Then click on the Subscriptions tab and select the subscription where the payment method should be updated. From the Manage drop-down menu, select Update payment method.
Payment history and invoices
If you pay for your subscription with a credit card, then you will now manage your subscriptions and payment settings in FastSpring.
If you pay your subscription via PayPal, then continue to manage your subscription in Account on the Capture One website until you have received information on future changes.
