You have already noticed that the subscription management is now performed via the FastSpring platform which was already available for those who purchased subscriptions after November 29, 2018.
We strongly recommend to login into Fastspring and check the payment date and the end date. If recurrent payment day of month or renewal (expiry) date is not correct, please, contact customer support to correct it.
To update your payment information, go to My account -> Order history -> Go to order history -> Account details and payment methods. For more detailed information, please, refer to this article.
Payment history and invoices
If you pay your subscription with a credit card, then you will now manage your subscriptions and payment settings in FastSpring.
If you pay your subscription via PayPal, then continue to manage your subscription in Account on the Capture One website until you have received information on future changes.
