Not true. I'm in Germany, but it only offers me USD payment. No Euros. Totally frustrating.

    What to do?

Same from France here. And my zip code obviously doesn't work as it's a french one. Did anyone in Europe has the same issue ?

Are VPNs involved in this problem in any way?

Also, if for any reason the system cannot work out where you are connected in  - for example no location info is available - it seems it will resort to USD.

I'm in the UK only have the GBP pricing offered.

No VPN involved. And even so, I tried to locate the ip adress in France with it and the price is still in USD

The odd thing is that the US price doesn't translate to UK or suspect EU price.  The Currency Symbol changes but the number doesn't.  Every other site I've been on either has the price in the local currency or it converts to that currency.  B&H have it it in $s but it shows you the UK price in £s.

When I asked them about it, they said it was the VAT that changed it. So I said UK VAT is 20%, not 35%.  Lightroom is improving, not quite as a good as C1, especially at masking but how long before Adobe improve so that there are less and less reasons to use C1.  It would be a shame.

    A bit of a pain.

I get that C1 does not want people to shop around to the cheapest country out there at a given moment given the spot exchange rates, but the net effect for me, being in a different country for a few days, is that I can't upgrade without paying the C1 price of a more expensive country, + bank / FX costs of cross border commerce. Too much friction for me.

There would be a better way : you could make it possible to purchase in the currency of my previous purchases, or in the currency of my payment card, you'd be relieving a few customers from useless friction.
