When I try to open Capture One, I receive the following warning:
This warning usually pops up when you are a subscriber to Capture One and:
- your computer is not connected to the internet
- you were not using Capture One for a while
To use the software on a subscription basis, you must have and maintain the internet connection for Capture One to be able to validate and reconfirm your valid subscription license in terms of regular payments. You should go online once per 30 days, regardless whether you are on a monthly or annual plan, to avoid any interruptions in your workflow.
How to proceed to get rid of the pop-up?
1. Make sure that your computer is connected to the internet, then relaunch the software. If you still get that warning, please proceed to step 2.
2. Deactivate Capture One from your user account, relaunch the software and activate it again with your subscription license key. If Capture One is still not launched, please proceed to the next step.
3. Reinstall Capture One.
