The differences between Capture One Enterprise, Capture One Pro (multi-user), and Capture One (single-user) licenses are listed in the table below:
The multi-user license key for Capture One Pro allows multiple users in workgroups or companies to use it for activating and running Capture One with multiple different profiles sequentially (all machines operated by different users at the same time).
The number of workstations that are running Capture One with a multi-user license key may exceed the number of users included in your plan/subscription, as each multi-user license key holder can run Capture One on two workstations simultaneously.
Single-user license holders do not have this option and can run the software on one machine at a time regardless of the number of available activations (1-3 depending on a single-user license type).
Each user is responsible for activating and managing Capture One Pro (multi-user) on their personal device. Users can manage ONLY their own activations from their personal profile.
NOTE: Multi-user licenses do not have an admin user as this feature is available for Enterprise customers solely. We can, however, offer you an opportunity to try out our new Live Admin option that would give you an overview of all activations from a single admin account (you are free to choose one). You would just need to go to the "Manage licenses" section of a corresponding (admin) account and the whole activation history of your multi-user license will be displayed there.
