The ProStandard profiles are available starting from Capture One 21 (14.0.0). They are particularly suitable for portrait photography and product photography of objects with saturated or very bright colors.
The ProStandard profiles render colors more naturally, so there is a better transition between the hues and better retention of colors after the adjustments have been applied. Overall, the colors look natural from shadows to highlights with the ProStandard profiles.
In Capture One Pro (16.3.4), we have set ProStandard as the default profile for all cameras that support it, ensuring a better first-time experience and allowing users to fully utilize the potential of Capture One.
Capture One provides ProStandard camera profiles for the following camera models:
Sony | Nikon | Canon | Phase One | Leica | Olympus | Panasonic |

Will you add ProStandard profiles for Fuji as well?
Hi Jeroen,
Thank you for the comment.
More ProStandard profiles will appear in the next releases of Capture One.
Please follow the release notes to see which updates are coming.
Congratulations on these new profiles.
I struggled for awhile with the "Generic" profiles where color was very often not "true to life" like you'd expect (purple being blue, orange/yellow just off, etc). These new ProStandard profiles are great for my Sony A7 and A6300 cameras and I do not feel the need to create my own profile to replace the Generic ones.
I'd like to see these for Fuji cameras as well (X-T3 / X-T30, X100V, X-T2 / X-Pro2, X-E2 / X-E2S) along with the small Sony RX100 cameras (specifically RX100M5).
I'll keep following the release notes.
Hi,
Thank you for your comment.
I will post your request also in the thread dedicated to ProStandard profiles here.
When will you realise ProStandard for IQ1 100MP?
Hi Calle,
There is no information about that yet.
However, you can post the requests for new ProStandard profiles on the forum in the dedicated thread here.
I have already forwarded this request there.
So far the ProStandard icc are not really usable, at least not for Nikon. They have a clearly visible colourfast in bright and dark areas, artefact in very bright gradients and don't interact nicely with the sharpening tools (colored fringes). So this
"Overall, the colors look natural from shadows to highlights with the ProStandard profiles."
is far from being true. Also, as there is no good old "generic icc" for the Z6II this needs urgent fixing.
This is a brilliant move.
Could you please make it happen for Fujifilm, XT3 (XT Series), it will be so nice :)
Please ProStandard profiles for Fujifilm XT-4 and the complete color curves for fujifilm X-E2s!
Hi, when will you realise ProStandard for Sony A99 M2 ?
Nikon D750 is listed under Canon column :D
I created a support ticket because it appears to me that the ProStandard profiles are not consistent across Nikon cameras: D750 and Z6II. I am seeing that the ProStandard profile on Z6 II is much more flat comparing to the ProStandard profile on D750.
Please add Fujifilm GFX series Pro Standard profiles. It’s already beautiful - but it deserves to be here.
I would like the ProStandard profiles for Sony A7II
Lily, good morning from Italy.
Not sure how you get the cameras to create the profile. In case you need, I might lend mine ( Nikon) to work with it in the meantime we're all closed at home for lockdown. I have several bodies, pls contact me privately and I'll provide you all the details.
Best regards

Lily, Marina, good afternoon from Italy.
Let me rewrite my note here.

Hi Walter,
Thank you for your observation.
The issue was corrected.
The sorting in the camera table is still strange. It would be better to make it either alphabetically or by range of products, like top tear DSLR, mid and low tear DSLR, mirrorless, or a combination of both.
another vote for Fuji X100V prostandard support!
Have been waiting a Pro standard profile for Canon EOS80D, unfortunately in 14.2.0 ther is no such a profile. Are you planning to release it?
Phew, so the Nikon Z 6II is actually covered and has its own ProStandard profiles.
Glad to hear it, but I got so confused as you haven't updated this info on some of your other pages in particular: https://www.captureone.com/en/resources/tech-specs#prostandard
It took me quite a while to land on this page and I only got here after searching support and trawling through the 'ProStandard camera profiles support (please submit the requests for ProStandard camera profiles to be supported here)' page to see if there was any mention of it, which took me a while, and eventually clicking on a link that took me to this page.
Also I couldn't quite understand why there was a need for a separate ProStandard profile as the Z 6 and Z 6II in essence are the same camera. Perhaps you could also do a short FAQ (if you haven't already) to explain the subtle differences and the process involved in creating these profiles and what the effect would be if we use a different (but similar, like in my example above with Z6/Z6II) camera profile and if this is something that could potentially work or could be used in the interim.
In any case you should probably update your key pages (see link above) to reflect all the supported camera models.
Are new ProStandard profiles still a thing? The last release to add them was 14.1 (21.1) from March.
Good morning from Wyoming!
Is there a simple way to change all of the images in my catalog taken with a certain camera to the ProStandard profile for that camera? Or must I select them and change the profile in the browser window?
Brian
You are pushing Fuji users to the full price version but still no ProStandard.....
@Kevin,
All ICC color profiles in Capture One are camera specific. Using a profile for a different camera with your RAW files will change the colors but that is not the intended use of those profiles.
Capture One has a history of using the same color profiles for multiple cameras of the same image sensor generation (which is likely just fine). However using a Sony color profile with a Fuji camera with a completely different image sensor and image processing is something you likely never want to do.
Seems like quite the oversight that we three years on still don't have any ProStandard profiles for Fujifilm cameras. Dear Capture One what is holding you back, technical issues with the x-trans sensor?
