    Very disappointed to see that Capture One 21 continues to boycott  the Panasonic G90! I think you owe your customers an explanation as to why you refuse support for this camera. Since I recently bought a G90 as a "walk about" camera I now have to find another raw developer and stop using CO for the other cameras I use.

    Hi, i can't activate because you won't me to fill in a password, that password should you email me but not?

    For manuell activation i shall find a code but not. Im sorry but this is ridiculous, my english is poor and i done this for one hour now ? Looked in forum. Am i the only fool?

    i have a subscription plan for nikon, when i tried to update, the system wants me to download C121 not c121 for nikon, also is it possible to switch plan subscription? because i wanted the c121 + 110 styles

    Same problem here. trying to upgrade from 20 to 21

    No activation, auto or manual, code could not be verified by server. And No profile code by mail !

    I purchased in advance via my camera store version 21, I got a activation code but the installation failed : invalid code....

    I asked and got another one but this code fails again !!!!

    What's wrong !!!!  And where are they ???????

    I upgraded my Capture One 20 Pro to Capture One 21 Pro yesterday. The biggest problem is that I can't export proper JPG files any more. I used the same settings with Capture One 20 Pro and the settings worked earlier. Exported JPG files seem to be like corrupted photos. TIFF format is working still, so now I have to export my photos to TIFF format and convert the photos with Lightroom to JPG.

    Bruce, if you right-click the toolbar and select Add Tool Tab from the list of options, you can add the B&W tool tab again. On Mac, you can subsequently re-order the tabs by pressing Command and then dragging the tab to the place of your preference (sorry, don’t know the Windows equivalent).

    I can add a Black & White Tool to any tab. But I want to add a separate Black and White Tool Tab which I had before upgrdae. The Add Tool Tab does not give me an option for a black and white tool tab. I had a separate tool tab for black and white in Capture One Pro 20 which had its own icon. I can add a custom tool tab but none of the possible icons are suitable to identify black and white.

    Bruce,

    If you saved the Workspace in V20 with a personalised name (i.e. not a C1 default name) you could try opening that to see what happens.

    If the choice of Icon is the primary concern I have nothing to offer at the moment.  In the Workspace definition I have not spotted anything that seems to identify an icon to display. I assume that there must be some other file referenced in some way.

    Hi Querriel,

    You do not have to upgrade as you are on the subscription plan.

    You can simply download Capture One from your account and activate it with the key you currently have.

    If you want to purchase Styles, you can get those separately in our web-shop.

    Still impossible to run C21 and C20.

    stuck with the license issue :

    so I deactivated all licences then trying again :

    > no mail return when trying to activate online

    > so I got a code activated offline ( I discovered that u have to get the code from another computer - and it's not the same principle when u try C20 and C21 offline activation anyway ) then have confirmation that C1 is activated, but when i launch it cannot get server confirmation and stuck again ! 

    and see below when i check activation on web and in the software, i even don't have the same computerID !

    and when u try to find answers by going to the webpage for activation of phaseone , the page is deactivated -KB1184

     C21 is not universal - still Intel - for those like me who understood that it was...

    I have work to finish really quick, how that mess is even possible ?

    and by the way, luckily I speak a bit English - no translation of the website, and C21 is not universal - still Intel - for those like me who understood that it was...

    Hi Yuriy,

    Click anywhere in the toolbar and select Customize Toolbar.

    Drag the "glasses" icon (Recipe Proofing) to the toolbar.
