How to change my email to access my Capture One account?

ANSWER

You need to enter the password when logging into your account at captureone.com

In case you have forgotten your password or simply want to change it, the best way to do this is on the website.

Step 1. Login to Capture One using the email associated with your profile by clicking on the Account icon in the upper-right corner of the main page of the website.

Step 2. Click on Forgot password.

Step 3. Enter your email address for verification and click Send verification. You will receive an e-mail from Capture One with the verification code. 

Step 4.  Copy and paste the verification code to the required field and then click Verify. 

Step 5. You will be transferred to the page for creating a new password. Enter the new password and click on Confirm new password.

Step 6. Now you can use your new password to log into your account and activate Capture One.

If you decided to change your email, then you can choose the option Change email in Account settings.

Step 1. Enter the email that you want to use and click Send verification code.

Step 2. Capture One will send you the verification code to your email box. Copy and paste it to the required field and then click Verify.

Step 3. After the verification click Confirm.

Step 4. Your email is now changed and can be used in your Capture One account.
