I have set up my camera as per your guide, but why doesn't Capture One receive my images?
Be sure that you are on the correct network with both the camera and tether-computer. Also make sure that Canon EOS Utility is not running, as this might cause connection conflicts around tethering in general.
If you are running Windows, make sure the Apple Bonjour service is installed. Please check the article here.
Also, be sure to check that your camera is supported for Wireless Tethering. Please check the article here.
Why am I getting slow transfer speeds or an unstable wireless tethering experience?
Try to decrease the distance between the camera and router. Ensure a clear line of sight between the camera and router. If possible, move to an alternative position with less wireless interference, if you can see a lot of different Wifi-networks at your current location.
My Canon R5 camera seems slow when using wireless tethering. What can I do to improve performance?
You can double your performance using the Canon WFB-R10 wifi-grip. Condition above apply.
My camera is connected but my images are not transferring?
Check that you completed the pairing sequence on the camera. See our setup guide here.
I have completed the pairing in Canon EOS Utility, but why can't I see my camera in Capture One?
EOS Utility cannot be used for wireless tethering Capture One. Pairing must be done from within Capture One.
My R5 + Wifi-grip is blinking green/red LED. Why is that?
