Why was my order not accepted when trying to make a purchase?
If you receive this error message, it means that something went wrong with the payment and your account has most likely been blocked for 1-2 days by the FastSpring payment platform.
There are two things that need to be done in this case:
1. Contact our payment platform - FastSpring - here to help you reset the block. It should be them, as Capture One Support has no access to these settings.
2. Once the block is gone and you are ready to try again - please, do an extra step and contact your bank, as a lot of the transaction failures indicate, that the decline was originally coming from the card issuer bank side.
