    Please, i have version CaptureOne 22 - 15.3.1 and I need version 15.4.2 for FujiFilm X-t5 camera support. Where can I find it to download? Thank you for answer.

    Hi Jan - Login to your Capture One account https://www.captureone.com/en/account - then Download Capture One - Download the previous version of Capture One - then you should be able to see and download software 15.4.2 - Greetings Roland

    Hi Roland:
    I also need 15.4.2 (currently 15.3.2).  When I follow your advice above I only get the option to install 15.4.3 (which requires MacOS Ventura).  I am still on Monterey so 15.4.2 is the latest version I can install.  Please advise - thank you.

    Hi Roland,

    Appreciate it's nearly Christmas, but an answer to my enquiry 3 days ago (re update to V15.4.2) would be much appreciated.  

    Alternatively, to phrase the question another way, can I install V15.4.3 on my current MAC which is on the latest version of Monterey OS (but cannot be upgraded to Ventura).  I expect to replace the MAC in 3-6 months time (depending on Apple announcements) and that will be on Ventura OS.

    But for the avoidance of doubt I wish to upgrade my C1 perpetual licence to the latest 15.x.x version that will run on my MAC hardware - currently that's Monterey MAC OS and in the first half of next year will be on Ventura MAC OS.  Thank you

    Hello Robert - I'm a Windows user, so I can't really say anything about MAC operating systems. On Windows I can see and download version 15.4.2 - On MAC unfortunately only version 15.4.3. Would suggest contacting support with a request to provide version 15.4.2 - unfortunately cannot help - happy Christmas holidays - Greetings Roland Geuze

    No need to contact support for this matter. Your OS is supported in 15.4.3.

    You're never required to be on the latest OS, as we usually support the previous 2-3 major updates. I personally haven't even updated to Ventura (yet)

    Hi Jack,

    Thanks for this.  I have downloaded 15.4.3 but cannot install it!  I get the following message:

    "There was an error opening this document. This file cannot be found."  Is there some problem that you know about?

    Hi Jack,

    Likewise Happy New Year.  I tried half a dozen times that day with the same error message.  However I tried it again a couple of days later and it worked fine?  Can't explain why since it was the same downloaded file of 15.4.3, but in any event problem solved.  Thanks for your concern.
