You have full control of all settings associated with your subscription, whether that is for Capture One Pro, the All in One bundle, or Capture One Studio - when purchased via the web store (if you purchased via the App Store then please see here for how to get a refund or cancel your subscription).
If you do not want to extend your contract period for another month or year, you can cancel the subscription directly from your Capture One account. Here are a few steps to follow:
- Log into your Capture One account here.
- Click on the Manage button in the Plans & services management section:
- Locate the subscription you want to cancel, and click on Cancel subscription.

A notification will appear, displaying your deactivation date along with other relevant details.
N.B. The product displayed above will depend on what subscription/s you have, e.g. All in One, Capture One Studio or Capture One Live Unlimited Plan.
The end date will be set to the last day of your current term (month or year). Thereafter, your license key will be totally deactivated with no possibility for further re-activation.
If you changed your mind and would like to keep renewing your subscription, you can un-cancel it by clicking Reactivate subscription, but only before the deactivation date.
IMPORTANT:
1. Once a subscription gets deactivated as expired, unpaid or canceled, it is impossible to activate it again. If you decide to re-subscribe, feel free to do so by visiting our web shop.
2. As soon as you press the 'Cancel' button, the end date of your subscription will be set to last day of your current cycle (monthly or annual). By that time, you will still be able to use Capture One having access to all updates and upgrades released in the remaining time period.
3. After a deactivation date, you lose access to the software itself. You can get back to your workflow only if you obtain a new license (perpetual, subscription or a free trial).
NOTE: If you use PayPal as a payment method and wish to cancel your Capture One subscription, we highly recommend to do so as described above. If you force-cancel the subscription via your PayPal account (there is such an option), your license will get disabled right away regardless of how much time is left to the end of your current cycle. Also, a refund for an unused period of time will not be offered – see our Refund policy.
