If you have an active Capture One subscription and would like to put it on-hold or pause for some time without cancelling it entirely, we can offer you this opportunity. Simply reach out to our Support team by specifying for how long you are not planning to use Capture One and they will gladly help you to temporary stop the payments.
The minimum period for which a subscription can be suspended is equal to one billing cycle of your subscription plan (one month or one year accordingly).
As soon as we confirm your request, the subscription will be set to pause on the next rebill date for 1, 2, 3 etc. billing cycles (depending on your request).
If you need to get back to Capture One before the requested period expires, you can un-pause it directly from your Capture One account -> Order History -> Subscriptions -> Un-Pause:
Upon this action, you will immediately be charged and future rebills will be adjusted accordingly. Otherwise, the subscription will automatically resume on the renewal date.
NOTE: During the pause, your license key will remain temporary disabled that will not allow you to activate and use the software accordingly. On the resume date, you will be automatically rebilled and the license key will be reactivated.
