Capture Error, Could not insert capture into collection, Sony a7RV

I am using a Sony a7RV with Capture One 22 Pro (build 15.4.0.22) build e2ebf76. 

When I am shooting .ARW files, both compressed and uncompressed, into C1 I get a capture error saying could not insert capture (file name) into collection. 

 

I do not get this error when I am shooting jpeg only, but I do when I am shooting both compressed and uncompressed RAW/ARW files. Any idea how to fix this would be much appreciated!

  I am having the same issue with my Canon EOS R.  Just downloaded C1 on new Mac and gave access to all folders and set a collection path.  Still same error and is unable to show preview when brought into Lightroom.

  Any updates on this. Same error problem with my SONY a7rV importing RAW - works for JPEGS. It works fine on my a7rIII for tether importing RAW. Must be a SONY a7rV issue. Sucks.
