We are experiencing a server incident which is preventing Capture One users from activating newly bought keys, logging in on the website or finalizing the purchase.
Our engineers are already working on the fix.
Please, use this workaround suggested by our users:
- quit Capture One
- disable your internet connection
- restart Capture One

Mine ask me to activate everyday and now I'm stuck with not working.

The workaround doesn't work for me. It will not pass the loading card.

FYI, that workaround doesn't seem to work for everyone - but the activation server seems to be working again and am able to use C1 again

Turning off my internet connection on my MacBook Pro running Ventura 13.3.1 doesn't work. I even did a restart. Capture One fails as before.

It seems to be broken again. I am unable to start Capture One at the moment.

I had to deactivate and activate again my Capture One-License and it's working now.
