When will live view be available on the iPad?

This is a feature I would really like to see on the IPad, if I look at the compatibility table, both my Canon 5D MK IV and 5DS are showing as being liveview capable in the APP, if I tether the camera I see the option to enable liveview shooting, but I can’t for the life of me figure out how to do it.
