    Hello there!

Thank you for your feedback. We value your input and strive to be transparent about known bugs and future camera support. However, we are not quite there yet for lens support.

Our goal is to support as many lenses as possible, and I will forward your request internally. But please note that we focus on in-app data to determine which lenses are in high demand. Even if your lens does not have a dedicated profile designed by our engineers, you can still achieve great results using Capture One’s powerful lens correction tools with a Generic or Manufacturer profile: Working with an unlisted lens profile.

Since this is not currently considered a feature request, I will move this post to the Open Discussion topic.

    Hello,

Are there any news for a profile for this important zoom from Sony?

If I am using the so-called manufacturer profile... it seems to correct vignetting only with F2.8.... with smaller apertures it is totally over corrected... like it is only working at open aperture. The same effect had with the Sony GM II 70-200mm until C1 provided own profile.

    Thanks!

    Hello,

I too am experiencing lack of lens information for this specific lens. This lens is the workhorse from Sony. You probably know very well that 24 - 70 zoom lens is one of the most used lenses in most brands. this is the second generation of that lens that was released April of 2022. I think it is about time for you to update it. I am not getting focal length information on my images which is a crucial information for me.

    Thank you.

Distortion of this lens is noticeable at both ends, specially at 24mm which is terrible.

Surprisingly Sony didn't correct this issue and it exists, even at 2nd generation.

Please add distortion correction profile to the next version of C1, and you'll have blessing from all users of this lens!
