Where do you go to upgrade to 23?
I know there was a big controversy when 23 came out because of the ridiculous upgrade pricing, especially when compared to the lack of new features, but I was kind of curious what the current upgrade pricing was (and hoping it came down). I've been looking, but I cannot find where I would upgrade my CaptureOne 22 (paid, not subscription) too 23. Or has it gone completely subscription based now and I'm better off just switching the Lightroom if that's case?

It's not completely subscription based. If you log on to your account at the Capture One website you should be able to see what the upgrade options are for you.
