I am seeing that as well. I submitted a bug report this morning. No word yet, but it is nice to know that the problem is not local to me.

Also glad to see I'm not the only one, I did a bug report as well, let's see how it goes.

Seems like they can't reproduce it at all, made me uninstall everything and install back, had to redo all my preferences and catalogs, which was a pain, but in the end it didn't fix anything.

Wow. Thanks for the heads up. What a Pain in the A** that must have been. I will be ready when they try and tell me the same thing.

wait... I did get a response. They verified it.

    "Hi!

We have further checked your bug, and it has now been filed for revision by our developers.

This means that your bug will now be assessed, and we will follow-up if anything changes or if we need any more information from you.

If you are Windows minded enough to be interested you could check the userconfig files to see what may be different between the previous and updated versions related to the "last used" state of the different versions/releases.

These will likely be on a "per catalog/per session" basis and retained for a number of catalog/session uses.

How this works when using multiple monitors is not something I have experience with but you may be able to work it out if the Monitor entries are defined in the userconfig files for the previous version/release usage.

It may be that the allocated monitor settings are actually saved somewhere else but the config files would be the place to start.

I noticed that if I close the viewer before closing capture one, it retains the position, but as soon as I close capture one while the viewer is open, its position will reset.
