Missing Submit button on post-download page

After download I get a screen with "Tell us what else you like to shoot for even more relevant content" and asking me to select some categories, then click on Submit.

There is no submit button...

  Hey David Mantripp, thanks for sharing! Works for me on macOS Safari 16.5, what kind of browser and OS are you running? Could also be due to some browser extensions you may be using.
