  Hi Seweryn,

  Thank you for your request. Unfortunately we don't currently have plans to add wireless tethering functionality to the X-T3.

  I edited the model name in post title a little.

  Additionally, Fujifilm X-T3 is supported since Capture One 11.3, see Camera models and RAW files supported by Capture One for details.
