Embedded color profile bug in 16.2.1 for TIFF exports

It seems like there is some kind of embedded color profile bug for exported TIFF files in the latest version 16.2.1 of Capture One. If I edit TIFF files exported by 16.2.1 and select the embed color profile option the colors go crazy when the file is edited in photoshop it's not a subtitle change. It looks like when you are using an incorrect color space or something. If I open TIFF files I previously exported with other versions of C1 in photoshop they are fine.

  Don’t have Photoshop myself but just curious why you are using
  the embed profile rather than the usual adobeRGB/ProPhoto?

  If You have to deliver a special CMYK color space for an offset printer job You would work with the embedded and exported CMYK profile too. ;)
