Capture One Express down load

Trying to download Capture One Express for Fuji Film but always get CaptureOne23. Win.16.2.21406.exe - is this the correct file??

  The file for all downloads is the same - which version the app works as depends on the licence code you enter. 

  But do they still offer the Express option?
