Fujifilm S5 Pro picture import not working

Hello community!

When connecting my Fuji S5 pro to C1, i get the message "the recource or request is not supported".

Compatibility list from this site says Fujifilm S5 pro is supported since ver. 3.7.9.

I am not able to import pictures from my camera, which is a pity.

What can i do to get my pictures into C1 pro? What am i doing wrong?
