Bought Capture One in 2016

Hallo,

I bought Capture One on June 1st, 2016. I can't find any information about which version I can download or install with my product key.

Even my Phase One Account is not accessable with my credationls, and thats why contact support is hard.

Can someone help? I just want to use a Peace of Software, I bought in past..?

  We won't be able to help you. You certainly need to contact Capture One. You have been able to log in to this forum, so you should be able to contact Support using the Request Support link at the top right of this page.

  thanks for quick reply.

  I find this button before, but there is no Contact Form, or support email address.
  Just the note "Contact Phase One support for any queries related..."
  I can login to capture one but not to phase one. Do i have to create a new account there? Just to contact support?

  There is no email address as such, I think. I don't know whether Phase One have one. But there is a Contact support link near the bottom of the Pahse One page you linked to, which takes me to this.

  

  Presumably you could use the sign up now link if necessary to get in touch with them.
