How to get a discount code?

I presently own a perpetual license of 22 Pro purchased less than 12 months ago. According to the Loyalty Program, think I am entitled to a 40% discount for upgrading to 23 Pro. Have asked the “friendly” customer service 6 times for the discount code but never received a reply. Please can someone help? Many thanks!!
