Hi Callan Avis.
I'm afraid I don't know how to solve your issue, but I am moving your post to the Capture One Live section of the forum, in the hope that someone will be able to help you. (The Improve Capture One section is intended for feature requests.)
Hope you solve it!

Bump to this issue. I'm on the latest Capture One Pro and I shared images online after carefully confirming that images were also sync'd/visible via the share link as well. I used favorites collection option, I have around 8 or 9 folders I created under favorites.
Today, I turned on my computer and went to look at the albums and images were missing. I went into capture one and invoked the share online dialog to see progress wheels going, as if it was trying to resync.
This is super frustrating because there's no rhyme or reason as to why images suddenly decide to stop being sync'd. Is this feature just not ready for primetime yet? If so, that's fine but I need to know for sure so that I can stop trying to troubleshoot.
Please help! Thanks in advance!1 -
Hi Will,
Images missing in your sessions are a bug, please report this to our support team so we can troubleshoot it.
Ideally include the link to the affected online collections (even if expired or stopped) on your ticket, this will help tremendously. As a side note, the behavior that you are seeing when starting Capture One again is normal: the online collection gets « disconnected » from its counterpart in your capture one software when you close the program. When you open it again, it will re-connect to the online collection (re-establish the link between the two if you will). In this moment, the source of truth for ratings, tags and comments will be what is online, as you reviewer might have worked while you were away. This is why you are seeing a progress bar, the local collection is catching up to the online collection.
