Can't open catalog

    As far as I know, Express can only work with one catalog, hence I think C1 thinks your catalog is still open. Follow the steps in this article and see if it helps.

    And please consider changing your profile name/alias.

    I checked to see if it was locked, it wasn't. Below was the message that flash before the app crashed.

    I deleted the write lock and what looked like a copy of a backup in the Package content and neither of those did anything thing. It still crashes, but looks like without the error below.

    I assume you deleted the write lock when C1 was not running (which you should). Did you already reinstall the C1 software? (this shouldn't delete your catalog so it should be safe to do so, but you can make a backup before uninstalling).
