Printing problem and difficulty in getting an answer.
Hi,
I have tried to submit a request to Capture One for Technical Support (see below) but I am unable to get help as the query form seems to require screen capture video and submission of log files which I do not think are relevant in this car.
My query is as follows and any help or advice would be greatly appreciated:

Hi,
Since updating my Mac OS to Ventura 13.5 I have been unable to print successfully from Capture One.
Others have experienced the same problem and it is well documented on the internet. I can provide links to these discussions if required. Can you please tell me if there is a fix for this problem in Capture One 22 or 23?
Printing is an important feature for me, so I am now faced with the prospect of moving back to Adobe products if there is no solution, which is a shame because I do like the raw conversions that CO gives.
Please note that I am able to print successfully from Affinity Photo so this issue is specific to the compatibility between Mac OS and Capture One Pro.
Having only recently purchased Capture One Pro 22, I am reluctant to upgrade to CO version 23 without full assurance that printing is adequately supported on Mac computers.

I also failed at entering the logs hurdle recently but because I was thinking of buying 16.3 I put myself in as a new customer when trying to contact them. Logs were irrelevant to me.
In your case the log files might explain at what point it is failing. Not being able to print successfully could mean the print looks terrible or it could mean it can't find the printer or something else.
I use Affinity Photo for printing too, or Qimage One, but only because that's what I'm used to.
