"Live view is not supported for the connected device using PTP"

shooting tethered with no problem, but when I try to go to live view I get the message: 

"Live view is not supported for the connected device using PTP"

Any help please.  

The camera will be positioned 13 feet above the set, so live view would be extremely helpful.

  Please elaborate on the camera and the cable used for connection, these details matter - you might be using a camera without live view support, for example.

  Please also move your question to the appropriate section.

  What camera are you using? And what length of cable?

  Are you also using Windows or Mac? Which version of Capture One?
