Hi Michael,
seems that you are not alone. There is an other thread with exactly the same problem. Look https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/14395610088221-C1-16-3-0-76-crashing-Mac-Studio
C1 was working with this version on your Mac or did you get the problem when you update to 16.3.0.76? What system do you have? I'm working on an older iMac 2017 i5 without problem with this version.0 -
Hi Michael.
Have you tried to open a specific support ticket?

I'm on Mac OS 13.6 and yes I had to delete C1 complete with AppZapper and reinstall it ... now it starts and works again. But i'm also in contact with the Support to see what might have been the Problem in the 1st place

Same issue in our studios. Have run into it on 4 different computers within 3 days. Had to wipe all Capture One plist preference files to get it working again in every instance. Happened on 3 Mac Studios and 1 Macbook Pro. All M1s.

The problem has continued to happen and I've had to delete the com.captureone.captureone16.plist another 10 times in the last week to get Capture One working in photo bays at our studio.

Did you send those files to the support of capture one that they are able to analyze before you delete?

It's happening to me as well on Win 11, even after deleting files and uninstalling... Waiting on a reply to my case. Can't work at all...

Deleting stuff and installing/re-installing did nothing for me. Fixed it by disabling my Intel integrated GPU in Device Manager. Now everything is ok, but this shouldn't be necessary.

No idea. I activated the iGPU and updated drivers, then the crashing started. But even after deleting files and re-installing C1, it kept crashing.
