Blurry Preview Images

I’ve been using CaptureOne 20 since 2020 I’ve never had issues with the previews being blurry. I’ve been editing the past few days and all has been fine, but suddenly all of my image previews are extremely blurry and I’m unable to edit or crop. I’ve restarted the app and my computer multiple times, I’ve made more space on my Mac, hoping that it’s a loading error. I haven’t altered any of my settings, and I’m not sure how to fix this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
