  Or you can explain your issue more fully here, and we can see whether we can help you. But you'll have to give more details, such as what version of Photoshop, what exact version of Capture One, what version of MacOS or Windows? And what exactly did you try and what happened (or didn't happen).

  Depends on contract and locality but in general not really still has standard sla of 12-24 hours.
