Hello everyone,

We’ve got some changes to our forum topics to tell you about:

• Unified Topics: We’ve merged the topics for Capture One Pro (16.x) for Mac and Capture One Pro (16.x) for Windows. The same has been done for Capture One 22 (15.x). This should streamline discussions and make it easier to find relevant information.
• New Topic: We’ve introduced a new topic titled Account, Activation, Payments. This is where you can discuss anything related to your account, activation issues, and payments.
• Forum Feedback: To ensure that this topic is used for its intended purpose, we’ve moved the Forum Feedback topic a bit lower. This should help prevent it from being used for feedback unrelated to the forum.

As always, we appreciate your participation and look forward to your feedback.

  How about a sticky post in the Account, Activation, and Payments forum warning people not to share things like account details?

  I think all account, activation, and payment inquiries should require a support request. The FAQ KB articles on these subjects should be reviewed and updated regularly based on the support inquiries.
