I've only had access to Capture One's manual via the web thus have bought downloadable pdf/kindle versions from https://rawcaptureguide.gumroad.com/ for several years now. I pay $19 paid once for each major version with free interim updates.

Looks like there is no downloadable user guide for version 23.
You could download the version 22 help guide
which would still have 95% common features with 23.
