Do you have the ~/Library/Application Support/Capture One/Workspaces folder? If so just copy your workspace from the Intel machine to the Silicon machine in the same folder. You have to restart the app to see it.

Hi , am crashing this thread, likewise I am having problems transferring a customise Workspace from Mac (PLIST) to Windows (XML).  Tried using the same folders as mentioned above and could not see the customise workspace in C1 Pro Windows.   Any ideas?

In Windows these things are in an AppData folder, I believe, not in the Library that Macs use. But you still have the problem that Windows and Mac OS use different file types for this sort of thing - .xml on Windows and .plist on Mac.

Hi Ian, thanks for your swift reply.  Yeah I have been using user/AppData/Local/CaptureOne/Workspaces.   Like you said I don't think Windows can recognise the PLIST file.   I wonder if you can convert the PLIST to XML somehow?

I don't know whether you can, but it might be quicker just to arrange the workspace as you like it on the Windows machine, and then save it!

I was able to convert the PLIST to XML using Acrobat, but it still didn't work.  That goes as far as my programming knowledge.   So I am defeated and as you suggested will setup a custom workspace in Windows, and programme the shortcut keys for fresh.

In any case, as far as keyboard shortcuts go, Windows and Mac are not quite the same. For instance, should Ctrl on Windows be the same as Ctrl or Cmd on Mac?

You can get Capture One to give you a list of your keyboard shortcuts, which would make reconstructing them for the other OS easier. (In the Edit Keyboard Shortcuts dialog box, there is a List Shortcuts button.)
