Succesful payment but no order history or new plan for Capture One 23

    I'd have expected that you would get an email with a licence key in it. Alternatively, you should be able to log in to your account own the Capture One website and find your license key. (Go to the manage licences section.)

    Unfortunately at 'Plans & Services Management' no new license key and at 'Order history' no new history :-(

    I don't know why you haven't had a response yet, because like most people on here I do not work for Capture One - I am just a user of the software. Also, of course, it is the weekend, which is frustrating, but you may not hear back until the beginning of the working week.

    How long ago did you submit the ticket?

    You don't see this under Plans and Services Management?

    One final thought - are you sure you have logged on to the Capture One site with the same email address you used when you ordered?

    Hello Ian, yes I logged in with the same mailaddress as usual. I am frustrated because I paid a lot of money but I have nothing 😀 And Capture One is not at home 😀 I see the older licenses but the new one, Capture One Pro 23, is no where…

    You know, don't you, that Capture One 23 Pro is not what you are looking for? It's just Capture One Pro (without the 23). The key thing is to make sure you get release 16.3.1.

    Michael de Louw You won't have received a response over the weekend, due to limited staff.

    I do not have access to our key generation system, but if you have not received an email with your license key and it is not in your Capture One profile, maybe you used a different email address when checking out? Check other email addresses you may have used.

    In the meantime (support will most likely get back to you today, as the work week begins) you can download a trial of 16.3 and use it until you receive your license key from support. There's no difference in functionality, you'll just have to deactivate the trial once you receive your key and then reactivate using your purchased key.

    I hope this solution satisfies you for the time being and that you'll hear back from our support team soon.
