No More Fee Upgrades

HI,

I have a perpetual licence for Capture One 2022, however I cannot find a location to download it, it is not currently licenced on any computer. When I download the only version available and try my C1 2022 licence the message is "no more free licences".

So I have a perpetual licence I cannot use and it appears I have wasted my money, is there a solution?

  What do you see on https://www.captureone.com/en/account/manage-license ? What is the state of activations?

  My Licence key is there, Activations shows three remaining, registered to my email address. Activation histiry shows all previous activations revoked. Unlike my Fuji Express there is no download available of C1 2022.
