You're on the Public Beta of Mac OS Sonoma. This is a known issue with that beta. Release version should come out next week and resolve the issue.

    Cheers,

    David

This is still broken in MacOs 14.2, and the public betas of 14.3.

16.3.2. I just downloaded 16.3 and will try it there.

They fixed it with the actual version. Also the problem with not recognizing cameras.

Still broken (for me) with 16.3.3 (and macOS 14.3 beta).

Downgrade to 14.2.1. Never expect a beta OS to work correctly or to get support for it.

    Downgrading isn't easy :).

Having been on the other side, beta testing is important as the vendors often don't have the breadth of equipment or test data or workflows to see all of the bugs. Reporting issues early gives both vendors a chance to work things out so that released SW gets better.

PS. This was also broken with C1 16.2.x and macOS 14.2. If it was a bug in C1, specifically, it would go away with the update to C1. This looks more link an interaction / API issue between C1 and OS APIs.
