Hi,

I have been a loyal customer of yours since your first product release which must be quite a long time now....and the best you can do is offer me a 20% discount on a full price product. (£300 -20%)

You use to offer an upgrade price (1/2 price) for perpetual users (as did Adobe) which was a much fairer system as your yearly product improvements don't warrant the cost of a full price product every year. More often than not the improvements are of no use to me as I am just a general photographer just wanting the best RAW processing package....which is what you originally were all about.

Its a shame you cannot go back to your roots and produce just a basic Raw converter version without all the non-essential bling which I am sure a lot of photographers never use.

You seem to be hell bent on pushing me over to the dark side with your pricing policy.
