Activation on 2nd Macbookpro

I have 3 remaining activation on a perpetual licence for C1 pro. I downloaded C1 on the 2nd Mac. I put the licence key but it does not recognize it as such. How to proceed?

    If you have activated C1 on your first Mac, it would be unusual to have 3 remaining activations. 

    I suggest to login to your C1 online account and look at the activation history. You also should be able to deactivate unsused activations there, should this be necessary. 

    Without more information I guess only C1 staff can help you, you can "request support" via the link on top of this page.

    Thank you BeO. It actually showed 3 remaining ... after the reset. Although deactivated, C1 is still running on the first Mac ... As you suggest I requested help on by contacting "support".  Thanks

    Is it possible that you still run C1 on your first Mac with the trial license key? The license type should be stated in main menu>Help>License.
